Account Manager / Inside Sales Representative (Houston, TX 77070)
Kelly Services is hiring for and experienced Account Manager for a growing team in Houston, TX 77070.

This position pursues profitable new business opportunities through inside sales and customer service.
In addition, the Account Manager is responsible for cross-selling and supporting the firm's complete product and service offerings.
This position is ONSITE and long-term / temporary to permanent.
Hourly pay is $18.
Training hours are Monday thru Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, but you have to be flexible to work the following schedule.
7 AM to 4 PM / 8 AM to 5 PM / 9 AM to 6 PM / 10 AM to 7 PM - non-negotiable.

Responsibilities:
Responds to inbound calls and online requests for quotes for service Performs outbound calls to vendors to schedule service Negotiates pricing to meet customer's needs Responsible for selling the company's products at a profitable rate and having a complete understanding of the pricing and proposal model Develops and maintains a thorough knowledge of the company's available services, lines of business, and pricing structures Responds to increases and decreases in service, change of ownership, and other miscellaneous service changes Performs outbound customer relationship calls to existing customers Offers additional services as appropriate Develops and maintains beneficial relationships with our vendors Works independently and makes decisions while using appropriate judgment in upward communication if customer or vendor concerns arise Able to relate to a diverse customer base Performs outbound collections calls, as required Performs other job-related duties as assigned Preferred
Qualifications:
PC proficiency (Microsoft Office) One or more of the following:
Associate degree or equivalent work experience 1
years inbound sales and/or call center experience 1
years waste industry experience
